Delivery information
1. Overview
At Silver Stream Distribution, we are committed to delivering your frozen and dairy products in the best possible condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
2. Delivery areas
We currently deliver within Harare only. We do not offer delivery outside Harare at this time. To check whether we deliver to your area, contact us at sales@silverstreamdistribution.com or call +263 71 909 0983 or +263 78 646 9889.
3. Delivery timeframes
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time within Harare is 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, public holidays or high demand.
4. Payment for delivery
Orders are payable in cash on delivery. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment must be made before delivery.
Please ensure payment is available when your order arrives. We cannot hand over an order without payment. If delivery must be rescheduled because payment is unavailable, an additional delivery charge will apply.
5. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location within Harare and order size. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.
6. Cold chain integrity
All frozen and chilled products are packed with appropriate insulation and ice packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. It is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery. Silver Stream Distribution is not liable for spoilage resulting from delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery.
7. Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos to sales@silverstreamdistribution.com. Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for how we handle such cases.
