1. Overview At Silver Stream Distribution, we are committed to delivering your frozen and dairy products in the best possible condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
2. Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Harare only. We do not offer delivery outside of Harare at this time. For any queries about delivery to your specific area within Harare, please contact us at admin@silverstreamdistribution.com.
3. Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time within Harare is 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, public holidays, or high demand periods.
4. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location within Harare and order size. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.
5. Cold Chain Integrity All frozen and chilled products are packed with appropriate insulation and ice packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. It is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery. Silver Stream Distribution is not liable for spoilage resulting from delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos to admin@silverstreamdistribution.com. Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for how we handle such cases.
